Terms of Service

By using Feedsnap, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language because we believe legal documents should be readable.

The service

Feedsnap provides an embeddable Instagram feed widget for your website. We fetch your public Instagram posts and display them via a script you add to your site.

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee 100% availability. Instagram controls their API, and if they change something, your feed may be temporarily affected.

Your account

• You must provide a real email address
• You're responsible for keeping your password safe
• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account
• One account per person or business

Instagram

• You must own (or be authorized to use) the Instagram account you connect
• We only read your public posts — we never post or modify anything
• If Instagram changes their API or revokes access, that's between you and Instagram
• You agree to follow Instagram's terms of use

Pricing and payment

• Prices are listed on our website in EUR, excluding VAT
• Pro is a one-time payment for lifetime access to Pro features
• "Lifetime" means for as long as the Feedsnap service is operational
• We may change prices for new customers with 30 days notice. Existing purchases are not affected.
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the service doesn't work as described

Free plan

The free plan is genuinely free, with no time limit. We may change what's included in the free plan, but we'll give you notice.

What you can't do

• Use Feedsnap for anything illegal
• Abuse, spam, or attack the service
• Reverse-engineer the code
• Resell access to others
• Exceed documented API limits

Your content

You own your data. We don't own the photos or captions from your Instagram. You give us permission to fetch, cache, and display them — that's it. We won't sell, reuse, or share your content.

Our liability

We provide Feedsnap "as is." We do our best, but we can't guarantee it will always work perfectly. Specifically:

• We're not liable for lost profits if the widget goes down
• We're not liable for problems caused by Instagram, Stripe, or other third parties
• Our maximum liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months

This doesn't apply if we act with intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence.

Termination

You can close your account anytime from the dashboard. Your data is deleted within 90 days.

We can close your account if you violate these terms or abuse the service. We'll email you first unless it's serious.

Intellectual property

We own the Feedsnap code, design, and trademarks. You own your account data and Instagram content. Neither party can use the other's IP without permission.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data. Short version: we collect the minimum needed, store it in the EU, and never sell it.

Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be emailed to you 30 days in advance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are handled by Finnish courts.
